06/09

lunch:
- turkey & provolone sandwich on toasted wheat with mayo
- 1 can Progresso vegetable soup

post-tennis:
- 1 large tumbler of Langer's kiwi-strawberry juice cocktail

pre-dinner:
- 1 package Maruchan chicken ramen
At this point, I suspect my daily sodium intake hit 700%. I had a minor headache throughout dinner.

dinner, Hamburger Hamlet:
- veggie burger w/tomato, red onion, mayo
- firecracker fries
HH's firecracker fries are delicious. Like regular fries but with cajun seasoning.
- Bud Light

Owen's:
- beers
- Flamin' Hot Cheetohs
