06/11 concluded with another glass of Pinot Grigio and a handful of smoked almonds.

breakfast:
- 1 bowl Smart Start: Healthy Heart w/skim

lunch:
- leftover Ma Po tofu
- leftover beef with string beans in black bean sauce
- brown rice

post-tennis:
- 1 large glass of apple juice

dinner:
- leftover chicken marsala over whole-wheat linguine
- leftover green beans with tomato and basil
- 2/3 orange
- apple juice

snack:
- strawberry Special K bar

Perhaps I will dine with some FoodFriends in New York this week.
