Significantly better than 06/19.

- parmesan crusted chicken tenders
- orzo salad with garbanzo, tomato, red onion, spinach, and homemade red wine vinaigrette
- spinach salad with same vinaigrette
Chicken and orzo were both GDL recipes. Chicken tenders were soaked in buttermilk for 20 minutes. Replaced basil and mint for milder spinach in the orzo salad for He-Hubbs's sake.

- 1 bowl Frosted Mini Wheats: Strawberry Delight w/skim
- 1 can Diet Hansen's tangerine lime soda

Dinner, Grace:
- 1 glass sauvignon blanc
- bread w/butter
- roasted beet salad (red beets, mixed greens, caramelized onions, black pepper-crusted goat cheese, pistachios)
- 1 glass cabernet
- tenderloin of wild boar with Brussels sprouts and potato spaetzle. First time trying boar. Not bad, but not spectacular. Pieces ranged from extremely rare to fully medium.
- bite of He's buffalo tenderloin and farro. Buffalo tasted pretty much like beef. The farro was awesome.
- "cherry tempura" dessert: What I remember from the menu description is "genoise," which is like a sponge cake according to epicurious, and "lemongrass foam." Also had cherries fried in a savory batter; a ginger cream sauce; dried, paper-thin pineapple slices; and a rice pudding ice cream.
- a bite of He's chocolate mousse and basil sorbet. Basil sorbet could have been sweeter.
- cup of decaf w/cream and sugar
For a fancy restaurant, I give it a B+. A+ for Hollywood agent Calvin Broadus footing the bill.
