06/25

Addendum to 06/24:
Spinach salad with shredded turkey and parmesan w/ginger-sesame dressing from a bottle was consumed with dinner.

06/25
lunch:
- ma po tofu
Sara Moulton's recipe, with ground turkey in lieu of pork.
- brown rice

dinner:
- penne with broccoli
- turkey, provolone, and dijon sandwich on whole wheat

later:
- 1 bowl Smart Start: Healthy Heart: Maple Brown Sugar w/skim
- 1/2 orange
- 1 pluot
