June the Twenty-First was a Wednesday

Breakfast:
raisin bran with blueberries, 1% milk
3 cups coffee

Lunch:
PB&J -- chunky, raspberry, cracked wheat
1 pink lady apple

Aperitif:
1 pinot grigio

Dinner:
In order to change things up a bit, I went to the William Penn Tavern, which FoodFriends might recall from SC's posting "Tittsburgh: The Gentleman's Tour". Well, the clientele is still d-baggy, the waitresses tatesome, but the cheesesteaks, phenomenal.
1 cheesesteak with mushrooms, onions, green pepper, with hot relish
1 huge basket of fries, of which I ate about 1/3
1 Red Hook ESB

Dessert:
1 lush nectarine
