Monday 19 June

Breakfast:
raisin bran with 1% milk
2.5 cups coffee

Lunch:
PB&J -- chunky, raspberry, cracked wheat
pink lady apple

snack:
3 slices of tuscan bread dipped in olive oil & parmesean cheese

Dinner:
rotelle with Rachel Ray's pesto, grape tomatoes, and peas
1 Stone IPA

Dessert:
15 cherries
