summer solstice

breakfast:
- 1 bowl Smart Start: Healthy Heart + little bit of Smart Start: Healthy Heart: Maple Brown Sugar w/skim

lunch:
- 1 slice leftover Domino's sausage pizza
- leftover herb-roasted root vegetables

dinner:
- leftover chicken tenders
- spinach topped with leftover orzo salad + a little red wine vinaigrette

afterwards:
- 1 pluot
- several handfuls smoked almonds
- handful parmesan goldfish crackers
- 2 1/2 glasses pinot grigio

I love pluots. And plums. Yet I haven't seen them at Whole Foods in a few weeks. What gives!?

A delicious dessert is a plum sliced into eighths and then served with creme fraiche and a wee bit of sugar.

After reading that second paragraph, I went to the fridge last night and considered conjuring up a version of homemade creme fraiche using some cream cheese and buttermilk, but the cream cheese was old, so I just had a plain pluot.
