Tuesday the Twenty-Eighth of June

Breakfast:
raisin bran, blueberries, with 1% milk
2.5 cups coffee
Odwalla superfood juice..."with micronutrients"!

Lunch:
PB&J, just like yesterday's
pink lady apple

Dinner:
"South Indian":
green beans sauteed for a while in whole cumin and whole mustard seeds
daal with tomatoes
rice

Dessert:
vanilla milkshake, with some hershey's syrup poured in, from Jitters
This is sort of the perfect milkshake flavor...chocolatey, but not overwhelmingly so.
