The Tenth of July

Breakfast:
3 cups coffee
1 bowl of Raisin Bran with blueberries, skim milk

Lunch:
1 tavern ham sandwich with whole grain mustard and spinach, on cracked wheat bread
1 pink lady apple

later
1 plum

Dinner:
1 glass of sauvignon blanc
Penne pasta with onion-anchovy-wine sauce, per Nigella Lawson.
1 glass sauvignon blanc

dessert:
2 turkish figs
