Twentieth of July

Breakfast:
3 cups coffee
1 bowl of raisin bran with blueberries and skim milk

Lunch:
1 PB&J
1 pink lady apple
1 plum, eaten later

Dinner:
risotto milanese -- This was good, though I had no chicken stock and thus it was not as rich as it could have been.

Dessert:
3 turkish figs
