Monday the Fourteenth of August

Breakfast:
yogurt with 2 sliced plums and honey
2.5 cups of coffee

Lunch:
pad thai with chicken from Lulu's Noodles

Snack:
1 99 cent size bag of Cape Cod Beachside Barbecue chips
1 Wolaver's IPA

A dinner of three small courses:
1 ear of corn. Corn can be made in a microwave. Wrap the shucked ear in wax paper. 1 minute per ear.
1 slice of vidalia onion pie
leftover zucchini-pea risotto
2 anchor steam beers
