week in review

On Monday, 8/21, I triumphantly returned to cooking, making three Giada recipes for dinner, including flank steak with red wine sauce, marinated zucchini and summer squash, and orzo salad with chickpeas, grape tomatoes, red onion, and spinach.

The rest of the week has been eating these leftovers and some KFC.
