Great Day in Larchmont! and Pasadena! (updated)

Lunch:
at Village Pizza
Calzone, green peppers, mozz, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage, marinara sauce. I only finished half.
Salad, house dressing, tomatoes removed. (I find the texture of raw tomatoes in salad unpleasant and their size unwieldy)
Barq's root beer (fountain)
Dined there with CAD and Laura. Visual accompaniment was a boy in Ninja Turtle costume playfighting a boy in a Robin costume.

Single-scoop sundae, Tax Crunch ice cream, at Baskin-Robbins.

Dinner:
at Japon Bistro in Pasadena, tab generously picked up by my lovely aunt.
1 piece of California roll
1 piece of Japanese fried chicken appetizer
Rib-eye steak, with grilled peppers, zucchini
1 large Asahi beer. My dinner companions opted for Asahi Select, and said it was not as good.

I expect to have several beers, although not too many, as my system was last night befouled by a combination of far too much yogurt flavor soju, sake, beer, whiskey, and expired medicine.
