Monday through Wednesday, A Week of Thought, ZK

5/1
Grilled chicken sandwich w/ lettuce and bacon. Chocolate chip cookie, OJ, hot chocolate, oyster crackers.

Turkey and white bread sandwich from the bodega downstairs. Whatever. Some OJ. Some of my Mom's shortbread cookies.

5/2
In the morning I learned from the doctor I saw last week (I went to him to get a Strep culture, mind you, which he did not administer btw) that my cholesterol is elevated, my triglycerides are through the roof, and there's too much creatin in my blood, suggesting that I have some kind of kidney failure. Using Food Reporter, I did some research and learned that just prior to my doctor's appointment last week, I had eaten a sandwich with about 10 pieces of bacon. So, c'mon Doc. Do the research. Anyway, I still probably have some kind of kidney failure.

I made my boss take me to lunch because I was bored.
Cafe Un Deux Trois
Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/ fries. They put mayo on it, which I hate. I saved half for dinner, but then I dropped it in the dirt at softball practice.

1 cold, mushy gala apple from a bodega at 103rd st. While eating this gross apple I bit the side of my mouth really hard and it bled.

Grilled chicken sandwich from Odessa. I was annoyed at ordering the same thing for dinner as I would have had for free if I hadn't dropped it in the dirt, but I was really tired and it was late.
Orange Gatorade.
Cookies.

Wednesday
Gala Apple from Union Square Farmers' Market
Smoked turkey, pesto, ketchup, lettuce, on ciabatta bread. OJ. Chocolate Chip Cookie. Hot chocolate, oyster crackers.

1 slice of cheese pizza from Pizza Gruppo.
Cookies.
I had to fast a little bit for my re-testing this morning at the doctor.

After softball (99th and Central Park West) we go to Tap a Keg at 105th and Broadway. This also happens to be right across the street from where Sancton lives, I've heard.

The last time I ran into Sancton, he asked me some very off-color questions. A very rude boy! I hope he learns some manners.
