1 dannon raspberry light n' fit
bran buds

egg whites and soy bacon on wheat toast

1 can diet coke with lime

samples:
1 apple slice from ralph's
1 swiss cheese cube from same
part of a chocolate chocolate cupcake from starbucks

tall mocha frappuccino

cooking with CB, test bites of:
rigatoni with vodka suace and fresh basil
spinach-artichoke dip with pita chips

1 can diet dr. pepper

tuna sandwich (with nayonaise) and spinach, foreman-ed

then later i went to mani's bakery, and ordered
1 mocha latte
side of wheat toast
(i would not have ordered the toast had i known they would bring me a complimentary basket featuring:)
2 slices raisin-almond bread
1 cranberryish mini-muffin
1 cranberry-blueberryish mini-muffin
2 slices of what i think was cheese-jalapeno bread
(i ate my toast plus everything in the basket minus the cheese-jalapeno toast)

1 bowl of popcorn, cooked in a pan (!!)
am i the only person who's never done this before? it's amazing! i am never going back to microwave bags or airpoppers.

Can I pop corn in a skillet? I see this going pretty bad. Don't I need some kind of cage on a stick or something?

you just need popping corn (like the kind you put in an airpopper) and oil. directions are on the package, but basically you put the kernels and oil in a pan and it pops up beautifully. when prepared this way, it is a healthy, high-fiber snack!
