Can anyone recommend a good oatmeal?

I've been meaning to eat more oatmeal. Favorites? Fun add-ins?

If you catch this episode of Good Eats, you will learn alot about oatmeal:

One thing I remember from the episode is that he made his with buttermilk, and then served it with a bit more buttermilk and brown sugar. I haven't done this, so can't really comment.

Does anyone know anything about mangosteens or mangosteen juice? I got a great newsletter with four pages of endorsements of mangosteen juice's all-purpose healthifying qualities that was pretty inspirational.

Regarding oatmeal, I have been pretty happy with supermarket brands and Quaker, which I believe may be identical.

as far as instant oatmeal: associated supermarket has an apple and brown sugar that is pretty good, and i think quaker has some that have dried fruit in them that i like pretty well (blueberry and cream was tasty)

i have to say almost every kind of instant oatmeal i've had is pretty good. cinnamon, honey, any kind of fruit (raisins, berries) would be good mix-ins i think. i also read of dipping apple slices in oatmeal, which i'm eager to try.
