SC just passed on word that the shadowy international hospitality chain that funds foodreporter has approved an outstanding new program. Now, once a week, we will be bringing you an intimate In Step With style look at one of the lifers here on the crew. That's right - we'll get our very own staff to answer the Food Questionnaire. We'll begin this week with Gotham gastronome MattPod, who will be giving us his wacky take on food shortly. Hint: I hear that it was his very family that called ramen "trash noodles." Yay!
