File this one under "things I like at restaurants that I attempt to recreate." I order this at Bereket all the time. Homemade, it's passable, but not quite the same. From what I can eyeball/noseball, it involves 3 parts plum tomato, 2 parts cucumber, 1/2 part green pepper, 1/4 part onion, a bit of fresh parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice. Then, some paprika on top.
