4 strips of galbi (Korean barbecued short ribs)
Lettuce wrap for the galbi
A few slices of raw garlic
1 Fat Weasel pale ale

A Fatburger fatburger with sambal on it
Skinny fries
Some Korean snack chip that looks like little crabs

Some homemade beef jerky

Lots of water

This may be a question that's too hard to answer in a comment, but how do you go about making your beef jerky? In an oven? Air-dried?

Myself, I'm toying with the idea of salt-curing meats.

AB suggests air-drying using ventilation screens. It might be worth it to watch that episode of Good Eats.

The only way I know how is with a food dehydrator (40 bucks at Target). Buy jerky-cut beef, or thinly slice some flank steak. Soak it in a marinade of your liking (mine always involves soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, and a little sugar) overnight. Then just dehydrate.
