1 bowl of something called "hi-fiber multi-grain flakes" that i bought from the 99 cents store
milk

1 can diet coke

cooking with CB, test bites of:
asparagus soup
veggies from chicken-veggie stir-fry
rice (cooked with broth not water, natch)

1 can diet dr. pepper

spinach salad: spinach, bean sprouts, sesame peanut tofu (heated), homemade sesame-soy-ginger vinaigrette, topped with roasted sesame seeds (these make all the difference)

2/3 of a large mocha (from urth caffe on melrose)

1 can diet dr. pepper
