Mini-Tour of LA
My college roommates were still in town, so I took them to:
Griddle Cafe:
1 pancake, heavily doused with Coombs Family Farms maple syrup (split an order with Laura)
2 strips bacon
2 cups mild roast coffeee
Venice Beach:
1 small lemonade
Border Grill:
1 lamb taco
1 green corn tamale (my favorite!)
1 Guatamalen chicken tamale (meh)
Then I dropped them off, and went to J. Bo's Oscar party:
1 rum and coke (heftily rum)
3 glasses white wine, uncertain provenance
some chips and salsa

Addendum: while drunk, later, I had 1 packet of Kraft Easy Mac cheese 'n macaroni, and the last of my Old El Paso beef tacos.
