Cuatro De Mayo

1 bowl of oatmeal with mashed up bananas and cinnamon (Folks, this is honestly all you've been missing)

Cooking with CB, test bites of:
Butternut squash soup (last batch of the season, butternuts are out for the year)
Stir fried veggies
We also made Teriyaki chicken, which turned out beautifully, but which I did not try.

Leftover plate:
Eggplant Moussaka, spinach and artichoke dip, hummus, ikra
Fresh baked flatbread (easy to do, and delicious)
3 glasses Coastal Peak Chardonnay

At SC's:
Roasted garlic hummus (Whole Foods brand. I don't know if it was because I was drunk, but I thought this was some of the best hummus I've ever had.)
Tuscan loaf
1 Whitbread Pale Ale
1 Queen Victoria's Titty

I've grown up a lot since I last posted. I use caps now.

I think Whole Foods brand hummus is the best store bought hummus I've ever had. I am especially partial to the roasted red pepper flavor.
