p.s. I missed a few days of reports over the weekend, but I'm not going to catalogue them all. I'll tell you that I went to a nice restaurant for my sister's graduation from high school and, at the waiter's suggestion, ordered wild boar. It was really good, a meatier, more woodsy flavor than pork and a great seared crust.
