Food-believe It Or Not!

- Lately, East Village Cheese has been selling 8oz tubs of Rondele brand cheese spread for a dollar. The tubs suggest that the cheese is "perfect for hamburgers." Field tests bear up that claim.

- Meeting a friend at Centolire, I realized I had eaten there before with the same dining companion. Our dinner? Splitting the "grande" steak with spinach and mashed potatoes - just as we had last time!

- On a recent trip to the Russian Vodka Room, I tried their garlic, pepper, and dill infused vodka. It was very good. It had a strong smell of garlic and a pleasant dill-y aftertaste. It was also quite smooth.

I can hardly food-believe my ears!
