Jack, I challenge you to eat a new kind of cheese every day - cheeses you've never had before.
Please allow me until this weekend, when it will be my pleasure to stock my refrigerator with seven unfamiliar cheeses from the good people of East Village Cheese.
I read a recipe for steak with roquefort butter... I don't think I've ever had roquefort. Although it seems to be expensive, I may give it a hump to close out the week, since it sounds delicious. Note: "give it a hump" is my new youth slang for "try."
