Just a little broccoli and zucchini in peanut sauce with rice
El Compadre on Sunset:
A bunch of chips and salsa
1 mango margarita (This drink is served to you on fire)
1 raspberry daquiri (This was not on fire and was also not very good)
1 glass white wine

Consider : if you ask them not to light it on fire, you get more net booze.
This raises a problem that has long troubled humans, which philosophers know as The Strach Dilemma: Booze or Fire?
Has anyone else ever been to El Compadre?
A member of my party told me that this restaurant's "schtick" is bringing you the wrong thing. You order a chicken burrito, maybe they bring you a piece of grilled chicken on spanish rice. You order sour cream, maybe they bring you some guacamole.
Charming or obnoxious?
