12:30pm
1 banana
1 cup Vermont Village Organic Peach Applesauce
1 big glass Welch's White Grape and Pear Juice

5:20pm
A large amount of homemade feijoada on white rice with steamed kale, orange slices
1 can Coca-Cola
1 tumbler gelato cioccolato con pepperoncini (get used to seeing this a lot)
Feijoada is one of my favorite things to make because it is very easy and delicious. You pretty much take a few different kinds of pork (in this case ham, sausage, and pork skewers), cook them up with some garlic, onions, and olive oil, then dump it all into a pot of Goya black bean soup. Serve on top of white rice and steamed kale. Slap a few orange slices on top and you've just made a rudimentary version of the national dish of Brazil. Joga bonito!

9:15pm
2 cans BL

12:10am
Midnight salad. (Baby field greens, red pepper, tomato, white mushrooms, emmenthaler cheese, dried cranberries, pepitas, some smashed up garlic melba toasts in place of croutons, balsamic vinaigrette)
1 tumbler gelato c con p
When making salads, do FFs make their own dressings? I've found that while most recipes call for a 2 to 1 oil to vinegar ratio, I go about 2:3. It's way less oily. I also add honey and dijon mustard, as well as assorted spices.
